You could try Alexa for the top cooking sites but remember that Alexa traffic is only tracked by toolbar users and not actual website traffic. Alexa or any other 3rd party traffic counters don't have the ability to track actual website traffic for a site.

Next you could do a search on Google which seems to have some listings under top 10 cooking sites. I have not clicked on any results but from the descriptions the listings seem to offer what you are looking for.
